Services we Offer:
POLISHING & BUFFING
We use a variety of techniques to achieve your desired metal finish: including hand tool grinding/de-burring, polishing and buffing, using manual, automated and robotic methods. The approach that is chosen is determined by the shape, size, and intricacy of the product and project.
PLATING
We plate metal objects not only to beautify them, but to slow down the oxidation process as well. Plating (electroplating) is the electrochemical process of depositing a metallic coating on the base material of an object.
DEGREASING
With state-of-the-art equipment our solvent degreasing process gets parts clean enough to be finished.
MACHINING
Full 5-Axis capabilities as well as 4-Axis Tombstone Management. Fully Automated with Fanuc Robotics. ISO 9000 Certified. PPAP, FEM
